Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for purchasing our course or subscribing to our services at www.themoneyschool.in, operated by Finelite Education.


General Policy

  • Once purchased, our courses and services cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.

  • However, you may:

    • Join a different batch (in case of offline courses), or

    • Nominate another candidate to attend the course instead of you (for both online and offline courses).

⚠️ Important: The completion certificate will only be issued once and in the name of the candidate who completes the entire course and passes the required examination.


Batch Change & Candidate Transfer

  • If the replacement batch has a higher fee, the candidate must pay the difference amount.

  • If the replacement batch has a lower fee, a credit note will be issued for the difference. This credit note can be used as part or full payment for any other course offered by Finelite Education.

  • Requests for batch change or candidate name transfer must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the course. After this deadline, no changes will be allowed.

Attendance & Absenteeism

  • If a candidate fails to attend the course and/or examination:

    • They will be marked Absent.

    • No replacement lectures or examinations will be provided.

    • The candidate will not be eligible for a refund.


Updates to Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

  • If changes are made, the Last Updated date will be revised.

  • For material changes, we may also notify you via email.

  • Continued use of The Money School Portal implies acceptance of the updated policy.


Refund Policy – Massive Wealth Accelerator (MWA)

We at The Money School, operated by Finelite Education, are committed to providing high-quality mentorship, education, and guidance through the Massive Wealth Accelerator (MWA) program.

Refunds will be subject to the following conditions:


Eligibility Criteria for Refunds

1. Attendance Requirement

  • Participants must maintain at least 90% attendance across all mentorship sessions.

  • The MWA program includes 12 mentorship sessions.

  • Failing to attend at least 11 out of 12 sessions will make the participant ineligible for a refund.

2. Assignment Submission Requirement

  • Participants must submit all assignments given by their personal coaches.

  • Assignments must be submitted within 7 days of the corresponding Q&A session.

  • Non-submission or delayed submission of even a single assignment will make the participant ineligible for a refund.

3. Program Completion Definition

  • The program completion date is defined as 6 months from the program start date, irrespective of the student’s attendance or participation.


Refund Request & Processing

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the program administration within 7 days of program completion.

  • Refunds will be processed only after verification of:

    • Attendance records, and

    • Assignment submissions.

  • The decision of the program administration will be final and binding.


No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be entertained under any other circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Personal issues

  • Incomplete attendance

  • Missed deadlines

  • Failure to meet program requirements


Scope of Service – Massive Wealth Accelerator (MWA) Educational Course

The Massive Wealth Accelerator (MWA) program is a structured educational and mentorship initiative designed to provide participants with practical knowledge, frameworks, and skills in stock market investing and trading.

Inclusions

Mentorship Sessions

  • A total of 12 structured mentorship sessions led by experienced market educators.

  • Coverage of concepts in technical analysis, market psychology, and wealth creation strategies.

Personal Coach Support

  • Weekly Q&A sessions with personal coaches for doubt resolution.

  • Assignments aligned with session learnings for hands-on application.

Learning Material

  • Access to curated educational content, tools, and frameworks for structured self-learning.

Community Access

  • Participation in interactive groups for peer learning and healthy discussions.

Exclusions

  • The MWA program is strictly educational in nature.

  • Research Analyst (RA) services are not included, meaning:

    • No stock recommendations

    • No buy/sell/hold calls

    • No investment advice

    • No portfolio management

    • No trade execution signals

  • Any market references or examples are solely for educational and illustrative purposes.

Compliance with SEBI Norms

  • All examples, case studies, or trade illustrations shown during the course will be limited to data that is at least 3 months old from the current date.

  • This ensures adherence to SEBI guidelines and reinforces the educational intent of the program.
